Management Activities

Tillyard Nigeria undertakes to act in a management role on capital projects on behalf of the Employer in a number of capacities and in particular the following:-

Cost Management

To monitor costs on behalf of lenders of owners on those projects undertaken under contractual conditions where there is no quantity surveyor or where the employer is not otherwise properly represented to receive financial protection.

Project Management

The Co-ordination of requirements of the Employer, Consultants, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, other specialists, legal representatives, occupiers, operators and the like in order to achieve optimum value and standards.

Post-contract stage

Measurements and valuations of variations and budgetary control of construction costs throughout the construction period. Measurement and valuation of construction work completed for interim payments on account to the Contractor. Measurement of final account on completion of construction including negotiation and settlement with Contractors and Sub-Contractors. Detailed analysis of construction costs into elements for planning future projects.
